Tezla's Cube, a.k.a. Handlers' Proving Ground, is a location in Hot Wheels: World Race and Acceleracers. It is Dr. Peter Tezla's former headquarters, and was replaced by the Acceledrome.
History
World Race
Dr. Tesla instructed the best drivers from around the world to come there where he told them to race in highway 35.
Acceleracers
It was left abandoned and was given several cameos.
