The wisdom circle is the final reward to the Ultimate Race that an Acceleron gave to Vert Wheeler.
History[]
After the end of the Ultimate Race, Vert Wheeler decides to return to his friends. The Acceleron then draws a circle in the air, and it begins to take form as a Wheel of Power-like ring. Vert brings it with him in Reverb, and returns to the Acceledrome. After the destruction of the Acceledrome and subsequent arrival to the Silencerz base, the Silencerz scientists take it and begin to analyze it with the Wheel of Power.
