Toño is one of the competitors in the world race. He is affiliated with team Street Breed formerly led by Kurt Wylde. He drives the Pontiac Rageous.

- Before the World Race, Toño was the best motorcycle messenger in all of Mexico. He could weave his way through the most crowded city streets and alleys. He knows he's good and doesn't have to run his mouth to prove it. All of this makes him great material for the Street Breed team. - Comic 10/35

Toño was a motorcycle messenger courier in all of Mexico and was known to be the best. He could weave his way through crowded streets and alleys in many cities.
Frozen Fire[]
Toño fails to make it into the fourth leg of the World Race due to a malfunction with his Nitrox booster.
