Toni Berry is a racer in the Dune Ratz team in the World Race. Toni is an ex-military rat who is able to burrow one-man vehicles into the tightest spaces. In the comic, she leads her team through a tunnel network, putting them ten miles ahead of the other racers at one point.

She is not a racer by nature, but given the Toyota RSC and recruited into the Dune Ratz team because of her driving skills in tight places.
