- Like the Deora II, a real-life version of the Twin Mill exists.
- Despite Twin Mill’s prominence in Hot Wheels history, the car barely makes an appearance in the films.
- Conversely, despite the Deora II having the larger role in the films, Twin Mill is the car that appears most prominently on the box art for the video game.
- Twin Mill appears in Forza Horizon 3, alongside the Bone Shaker, Rip Rod, and the 2005 Ford Mustang in the Hot Wheels Expansion DLC. It later returned in Forza Horizon 4 as part of the Update Two released on October 25, 2018. It is also featured in Forza Horizon 5 since the release, along with the Bone Shaker.
