Wayne Casper is a team member on the Scorchers and a friend of Taro Kitano. Wayne was revealed by the DVD guide to own a stunt bike circuit outside of Calgary, Canada and is a "biker type" and good mechanic. In the comic, Zed-36 tries to escape by stealing his car, but Casper tells Markie how to cause it to crash. Voiced By James Arnold Taylor

- A stampede racer who runs a stunt motorcycle and car circuit outside of Calgary, Canada. Wayne Casper certainly has a colorful past. He used to be a real biker type, and he also happens to be a tremendous auto mechanic. That makes him indispensable to the Scorchers.
